Please review the information below to understand what is and isn't included in our standard retouching service.
Our Approach to Retouching
At Launch Imaging, we pride ourselves on attention to detail. We believe it's our point of difference and what sets us apart.
We strive to provide the best possible images we can each and every time. We genuinely care, and we believe this is reflected in the final images we deliver to our clients.
Professional image editing is an important part of our workflow and helps us achieve the high standard of imagery we deliver. However, it should not be relied upon to correct presentation issues that could otherwise be addressed prior to photography.
Our objective is to achieve as much as possible during the photography process and minimise the need for unnecessary retouching, which may incur additional charges.
Standard Retouching Inclusions
The following items are not included in our standard retouching service and may incur additional charges where requested and achievable:
✓ Sky replacement (if required)
✓ Enhancement of water colour (if required)
✓ Enhancement of existing lawn colour (if required)
✓ Illumination of non-working lights (where power is available)
✓ Addition of flames to working fireplaces and fire pits
✓ Removal of visible cords and cables
✓ Removal of stickers from appliances
✓ Removal of fridge magnets and paperwork where unable to be removed prior to photography
Standard Retouching Exclusions
The following items are not included in our standard retouching service and may attract additional charges where possible:
✕ Adding water to pools, spas or water features
✕ Adding grass where none exists
✕ Removal of furniture or large objects
✕ Changing the colour of walls, buildings or fixtures
✕ Removal of stains and marks from decks, patios, driveways and buildings
✕ Removal of leaf litter from decks, patios and driveways
✕ Removal of creases from bed linen
Additional Retouching Requests
Photography captures the property as it is presented on the day.
Requests to remove items, rectify presentation issues, undertake digital repairs, or carry out editing beyond our standard retouching inclusions may incur additional charges and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where possible, we recommend these items are addressed prior to photography.
Before your shoot, please review our Photo Ready Checklist to ensure the property is prepared for photography and to minimise the need for additional retouching.

We understand it is not always possible to have every property presented perfectly. We encourage you to contact us prior to photography if you have any questions regarding preparation requirements, retouching inclusions, or additional editing requests.
