Photo Ready Checklist

Please review the checklist below prior to your scheduled photography appointment.

To achieve the best possible result, please ensure the property is fully prepared prior to our scheduled arrival.

Clean, decluttered spaces help create strong, impactful marketing images.

General

  • Property clean (windows, floors, surfaces and glass)

  • All clutter removed from benchtops and floors

  • Bins emptied and hidden

  • All lights working and turned on

  • Personal items and valuables put away

  • Vehicles removed from driveway and frontage

  • Garden tidy, lawns mowed and leaves cleared

  • Hide remote controls and loose cables

  • Plump and straighten cushions

  • Remove pet items (beds, bowls and toys)

Kitchen

  • Clear benchtops (leave minimal tasteful items only)

  • Keep kitchen appliances to a minimum

  • Remove magnets and paper from fridges

  • Remove dishcloths, sponges, cleaning products and bins

  • Straighten stools and chairs

Bathrooms

  • Remove all personal toiletries

  • Remove bath mats (unless styled)

  • Hide toilet brushes and bins

  • Clean mirrors and glass thoroughly

Bedrooms

  • Beds made

  • Remove personal items

  • De-clutter surfaces and shelves

Exterior

  • Outdoor furniture neatly arranged

  • Remove hoses, bins and tools

  • Clean pool area if applicable

  • Open umbrellas where appropriate

  • Remove pool cleaners, scoops and other pool-related items

Important

If a property is not ready on arrival and significant additional time is required, excess site time fees may apply or the shoot may need to be rescheduled.

Photography captures the property as presented on the day. Requests to remove items, rectify presentation issues, or undertake editing outside our standard retouching inclusions will incur additional charges.
